Our year 12’s got an insight of what it is really like to be a Film Producer, thanks to the incredible Tom Guida who was our G-Talk Guest. Tom, has been the Executive Producer on films such as Manhattan Night and Trust.

Tom spent time with students to share his experience about what it takes to be a film producer, how his first release won an Oscar, and how students can get their film or documentary screening at the cinemas! We looked into how to write an engaging script, what it takes to cast effectively, and the different contracts that are available within the industry.

After the G-Talk, students were able to network with Tom and ask him any questions they had. This was a fantastic opportunity for our students to build their contact list and get real industry knowledge from an expert.
