Statement of Intent: Global Academy is pleased to announce our intent to work towards accreditation of the prestigious Quality in Careers Stanard for our Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance programme.

The Quality in Careers Standard is a nationally recognised award and one of the highest accolades a school can receive for excellence in careers education, information, advice and guidance. It fully complies with the Department for Education’s statutory guidance.

The Global Academy is demonstrating its commitment and intent to providing impartial, independent career support for all our students by working towards accreditation of the award in 2023.

Global Academy offers a wide range of career education activities such as industry engagement, work experience, Careers Fairs, Industry Insights, weekly newsletters, careers curriculum delivered through careers lessons and careers presentations which take place throughout the year. In addition, students have access to a fully qualified careers advisor, access to online platforms like Unifrog and Canvas and access to a wide range of creative industry professionals across the year.

Our focus is linked to ensuring all our learners develop long-lasting careers in the creative and media industry.
